Evereyone gonna be hit with the Boom Boom.

So I have officially decided that being polite doesnt pay off, when it means that you have to write a twelve page paper in four hours thats fourty percent of your grade. Especially when I already have: katies party, babysitting (12 hours babbyy!), jaclyns dinner, a test in psychology, and church on sunday. Hooray for no sleep whatsoever.
ON the other hand: what I am doing this weekend will be fun. And its a good thing that I wont have time to go outside, becuase I would have. And just get more ridiculously =sunburnt than I already am. I even had a nice tan going on, i just had to spend that extra twenty minutes.
The worst part is its only on one shoulder. And its verrry red. I feel so stupid.

Some recent movies I have watched that I figure I would comment on:
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. -saddest movie ever. Watch it and you will cry. Its not even worth it unless you like being emotionally disturbed. Not for mothers or expectant mothers.
Bolt- funny movie. The hamster is the best part- kind of a turn off if you do not especially like Hannah Montana. WATCH INSTEAD: Monsters vs. Aliens.
House- not anything special compared to the book. The ending totally ruins the whole point of it. Watch if: you are interested in acoustic Anberlin being the only real songs on the soundtrack and if you like cheesy actors and not that scary bad guys.
Prom Night- entertaining- but prollie only becuase I am a girl. its kind of a chick flick. Its not even scary like its supposed to be. If you like scary movies, avoid this one, because you'll prollie laugh the whole way through.
Pearl Harbor- I know its old! But i have a newfound love for this movie! Girls: the guys are very hot, and the love storyis amazing. Guys: well you have war. But this movie I think is for everybody, i think mostly the girls enjoy it the most though.
I think movies have to have a happy ending for me to like them. Hence, I dont reccomend all but two movies on this list.

Lead the Way, Show the Light of Day

So today was goood:] Except for the fact that Jaclyn and Alex got mad at me because I used ranch dressing on my pizza. Apparently, thats like eating ketchup with salad. However, I think its normal to eat ranch dressing on pizza, and NOT normal to eat ketchup with salad. So, it is not at all the same. Apparently, appropiate anaolgies are not one of their strongest suits.
Today I thought was my psychology test. But it wasnt. Tomorrow is. So I wasted quite a bit of time studying for it, and feel like a wasted a morning. Which really I didn't cuz I have to take it tomorrow anyway. But it does feel like it.
SO.... I registered for classes. Jaclyn thinks this is a boring topic, and should not be discussed with anybody below parent status, but I think i will mention it anyway, because I am so excited for my classes:]]]
1. Biology (not so excited about this one....)
2. Spanish (again. not so excited.)
3. Drawing 1 (ehhh. should be intersting lol)
4. Swing Dancing (yay!)
5. Introduction to Early Childhood Education (SO EXCITING!)
The early childhood education one, I get to go to the Child and Family department and work with the kids, for my lab. Sooo much fun! Next quarter is going to be sooo easy and fun.
Honestly. PDA. Not in front of me. Its awkward. To all of my friends who are dating, soon to be dating, or may one day date and I get to randomly tag along. NO PDA.
My friend told me about this one site called fmylife.com. I dont think I will ever post anything on there, but some of the stories are kind of hilarious.

Today, I was at a mall. A woman stopped by me, said slowly and loudly, in Spanish "baño?" Knowing a bit of Spanish, I nodded and pointed the restrooms out for her. She then mutters about "dang Mexicans and their inability to speak English". I'm not even Latina. I'm Irish-American. FML

Today, I got a speeding ticket while driving to my court date for a prior speeding ticket. FML

Today, I got a call saying that my son was chasing all the girls in the class with his "Sword of Death" (haha. I dont even know why this is funny...actually I do. I took off the last part, becuase it was inappropiate. but without it i think its still funny.)

Today, my boyfriend of 2 years took me to get a tattoo done with his name on. He paid for it. After it was done he told me it was over between us and he thought it'd be a nice reminder of him for me. FML this one almost made me cry.

Today, my boyfriend and I went to a Taylor Swift concert. At the concert they put up a sign that said "Scream if you love country boys." My boyfriend took one look at it and started screaming. FML haha! oh thats so sad. but funny?

Today, I met a really cute guy at work. He asked for my number, and I wrote it down on a piece of paper. After looking at the paper, he crumpled it up, yelled "Do you think I'm stupid? I know the rejection hotline when I see it", and walked away. It was my real phone number. FML

its actually sad though, that Im reading these. They're funny and all, but doesnt it feel kind of like an invasion of privacy? I dont think I would want the whole world reading these, even if I didnt know who they were, and they didnt know who I was. Have some dignity, and promise me you wont ever post your most embarassing moments for all of cyberspace to see! Becuase, really, people just laugh at you. Its so sad.

A couple of nights ago was prom:]]] and it was so much fun! I pretty much danced the night away. But i have to admit, Applebees was the best part of the entire night. We all did a lot of laughing.

Together In All These Memories

Have you ever wondered why am I doing this? Is it even worth it? Prollie if you've existed long enough on this planet you have. I thought that this ENTIRE WEEK. I think this has been one of the strangest weeks of my life, like no joke. NOT FUN.

On a more positive note, I am sooo excited for prom! I got my dress, and so did Mandie. Mines very pink, like hot pink, and bubbly! I just need a couple of accesories to go with it. But Mandies is gorgeous! Its an emerald green with a bedazzling jewel that is os amazing! And Katies is silver and sparkly. OH its going to be great.

I hate fridays. Like, the wonderful three hour break. Woooot. This is another one of those moments, like why am I doing this. Goodness.

The sunshine has given me incredible energy. I love it! This weeekend=tanning. And homework. And cleaning.

Some random thoughts for right now:

Sundays going to be depressing.

Myspace is copying facebook, AND twitter. I dont think theyre going to be able to catch up though, i think facebook is better.

I learned in my psychology class that the oldest is typically the peacemaker...but mostly the one that starts the fights. I feel like a hypocrite.

Theres this one guy in the library lab that alwyas chews ppl out for being on facebook and myspace. And he stares people down a lot. I dont know what his problem is.

Is it just me, or are these really negative random thoughts?
Jaclyn broke boards at karate. TWICE. Im so jealouusss! I quit at the wrong time, seriously!

Just half an hour more! And then its the weekend. I need one so much!

I am definetely learning a lot this week, even though its only Tuesday, Im kind of worried what the rest of the week as in store for me, since these past two days have been so awful! And to top it all off, this one thing today. Its wearing.

I think Im learning to be content. Im bored, I want something exciting. But maybe Im supposed to be right where I am, and something new is only going to last for however long, and then Ill want something new again. Im also learning to trust God more. Work on my problems, be patient and pay attention to here and now. Prioritize and be strong. Try and look for the whole story, and realize what you have. Dont be hard on yourself. And... there are consequences to even the littlest things.

Some lessons that we all need to learn, huh? Hooray...

Im just wishing I dont have to learn it like this.

This past week has been an interesting one, and I think God has been testing me a lot. But I think its made me better, and I think I'm moreo n track with him than ever before. I hope it lasts, and there are still a few things I need to work through, but I have a feeling God's grace is working on me.

Im so excited about prom! I'm just worried that I wont be able to find a dress in time, since prom season is basically over, but Im hoping I will:] Im very excited. At first I was a little unsure, since Im going alone and all, but what difference does that make? Now I can dance with whoever I want to:]

I am going to my amazing Grandma's mother/daugher tea. I dont think the tea part is as amazing as my Grandma, because I really dont like the whole tea thing (in big groups. I like tea houises. Theyre nice and quaint), but they're actually fun with Jaclyn. Because she hates them just a bit. Which means, that she will be just a bit rebillious, and do something hilarious, and while everybody looks in horror, I will crack up laughing. Even though I dissaprove of the behavior.

OH and tomorrows mothers day. And I think we're going hiking... which even though I am pretty sure thats what we did last time, Im OK with that. Because it is another one of those things that Jaclyn hates.

But considering I also have to do:

chemistry homework

english homework

piano mixing

worship

clean my really messy room

practice piano like theres no tomorrow

AND study for my psychology test....

this is going to be a long weekend.

Which is why I am writing a blog post right now, right? Im such a procrastinator!!
